Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B. Com/ M. Com from any reputed university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operating ERP & Tally 9 software.
∎ Prepare and establish store maintenance according to the various manufacturers / Vastech Limited.
∎ Receive inventory from suppliers and any other sources as per LC/purchase approval document.
∎ Ensure all product materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Maintain proper records, receive stores, tags, etc.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly stock reports properly.
∎ Maintain store ledgers properly.
∎ Follow up on customer-wise requirements / Purchase Orders.
∎ Preserve all the stock reports.
∎ Contact the supplier about product compliance.
∎ Contact with Sales dept for delivery.
∎ Preparation of bill, challan, and all relevant documents.
∎ Coordinate with the Accounts Department to cross-check the stock, bill, and other related statements.
∎ Maintain store according to the manufacturer(s) quality guidelines.
∎ Work related to this department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Applicant should have 1-2 years of experience in ERP & Tally 9 software. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Expert & good skills in ERP & Tally 9.
∎ Expert in MS Office package.
∎ Strong technical knowledge of Store systems.
∎ Both male and female are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Store Management, Store/ Inventory
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
