Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve company's goal through Direct Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing, Database Marketing, Door to door Marketing and Telemarketing.
∎ Physically door-to-door visit for Prospective client hunting.
∎ Communicate with prospective/target customers by calling, messaging, using social media & email.
∎ Project visit with the clients as per requirement & Maintain and update customer database.
∎ Visit prospective customers (if needed) & set up meetings with potential clients.·
∎ Focus on how to promote more sales.
∎ Maintain healthy relationships with clients and property investors and existing customers.
∎ Handle client inquiries, follow up on lead and conduct site visit.
∎ Collect and report customer feedback and market trends.
∎ Target Ads Creation & marketing on Social Media.
∎ Report to the team leader when & where required.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after-sales officials' formalities i.e. checking application forms, preparing payment schedules, preparing the deed of agreement, and signing to the client.
∎ Build company image with professionalism, behavior & refraining from any kind of negative activities.
∎ Work in a team to build a strong team effort.
∎ Any Other activities as and when required by the management.
