Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in Textile Engineering/ Industrial and Production Engineering from reputed university
∎ Skills Required: anylytical, Operating knowledge about Fast React or other similar software
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor buyer-wise pre-production, production & post-production processes.
∎ Manage raw materials, fabrics, trims, and finished goods inventory levels to minimize excess inventory and production disruptions.
∎ Track the progress of garment orders from inception to delivery, ensuring that each order meets quality and delivery standards.
∎ Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that all garments meet quality standards and take corrective actions when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Good communication in English (written/verbal) and analytical skills
∎ Proficiency in production planning software and tools
∎ Strong analytical ability to work as a strategic thinker
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
