• Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

• Preference will be given to Honor’s / Master`s Degree Holder in English.

• Age 25 to 45 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Air Import and Export Operation Department in Freight Forwarding Sector.

• Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply.

• Smooth in English in writing and speaking

• Need expert in Air Import and Export operational work

• Excellent communication skills.

• Good command on Microsoft Office and Excel

Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM every Saturday to Thursday

Job Context

Mars Freight Bangladesh Ltd. is a well-known international Freight Forwarding Organization in Bangladesh. Now a day we are looking for some dynamic career oriented candidates for our Air Operation Team.

Job Responsibility

• Ensuring operational service to the customer

• Collect rate from Airlines and overseas agent

• Arrange customs clearance

• Check the calculation of determining cargo chargeable weight.

• Verify booking with the shipper and overseas agent

• Review the Preparation of airway bill.

• Develop relationship with the carrier for better rate and service

• Check if Customer clearance is made properly

• Maintain inter personal relationship among the employees

• Explore new business opportunity from the existing customer

• Preparing and sending arrival Notice to the consignee accordingly

• Follow-up with airlines till on departure & send shipment advice to customer

• Take gate pass from BAFFA website

• Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
