∎ Good knowledge of the sales process, cycle and the industry.
∎ Experience in a reputed real estate company specially township project.
∎ Exceptional communication and people management skills
∎ Should have stress tolerance, formal presentation and team leadership skill and should be proactive.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and implement an effective sales drives that ensure monthly sales and revenue target.
∎ Sourcing sufficient sales lead generation for conversion into monthly targeted sales.
∎ Identify the market opportunities for future sales.
∎ Maintain an effective communication with prospects/customers that ensures company’s interest.
∎ Build strong relationship with prospects and customers.
∎ Keep update on market intelligence & Moderator to customer.
∎ Prepare sales report as per guideline of the department and maintain inventory control.
∎ Ensure that sales leads/prospects information is maintained accurately in the prospects database. Undertake additional task and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the department.
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
∎ The applicants should have the potentiality to develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Ability to handle clients and provide them project information over the telephone.
∎ Responsible for dialing with in-house client.
∎ Responsible for direct prospect visit out of the office.
∎ To visit the land project with the client for their quires and satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for attending site office duty and search outdoor prospect.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after sales officials formalities i.e. to check application form, to prepare payment schedule, to prepare the deed of agreement and signing to client.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
∎ Work with month to month sales target and became example for other to follow as a successful target achiever.
∎ Ability to work with of the company’s management instruction.
