Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures.
∎ Attend daily customers and report to close leads.
∎ To convince the clients, finalize booking, agreements and ensure timely payment of receivables (collections).
∎ Find out New Customers & visit the market frequently.
∎ To monitor market trends, potential projects and competitor activity and report to close leads.
∎ Achieve the set sales target and set new target as well.
∎ Exploit tactics to enhance sales and increase revenue.
∎ Promote the company services to existing clients as well as identifying and acquiring new clients.
∎ Study, prepare and administrate sales offers and contracts
∎ Follow up on Collections as per related sales
∎ Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique
∎ Submit data and management report on time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Should have working experience in a Real Estate/Housing company in a similar position at least for three years.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills
∎ Positive attitude with qualities of a team player
∎ Innovative and solution orientation thinking & delivery
∎ Openness to new ideas and initiatives
∎ Self-motivated, target oriented independent performer
∎ Ability to manage performance under stringent timeliness
∎ Result orientation
