• Age 24 to 35 years

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong work ethic and a dedication to customer service.

• Eagerness to learn and develop sales and Digital Marketing skills. 

• Experience: Real Estate and Land share sales experience is preferable. 

• Good communication and presentation skills. 

• Must be confident, target-oriented, and result-driven.   

• Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.   

• Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and social media tools.   

• Must own a smartphone and be familiar with digital communication.   

• Experience in similar areas will be treated as an added advantage. 

Job Location: Mainly Dhaka & Throughout Bangladesh.

Responsibilities :

• Ensuring client calls, keeping visit details and collecting required information and documents from prospective customers. 

• Creating, building and maintaining sustainable relationship 

• Preparing call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis. 

• Ensuring service excellence to the clients while providing services. 

• Generate detailed reports and presentations for internal teams and clients to communicate progress and results.
