Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for creating marketing content as well as plan & execute marketing campaigns.
∎ Develop a strategy for the brand in alignment with the corporate plans and overall marketing plans.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creates market opportunities.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the clients and prospects.
∎ Manage and regular follow-up with existing clients and prospects.
∎ Carry out competitive sales study, market survey, and analyze business activities.
∎ Visit different organizations/ places for developing business/creating new clients.
∎ Create sales presentations for the prospective individual and corporate clients.
∎ Maintain good relationship with existing clients and adopt policy to hunt new ones.
∎ Follow-ups, correspondences, and documentations on regular basis with client.
∎ Submit Clients Follow-up report.
∎ Use personal network and experience to win their sales.
∎ To be responsible for achieving monthly sales target.
∎ To monitor sales activities to achieve sales target.
∎ To maintain long term relationship with corporate and retail customers and traders.
∎ To ensure market development through maintaining a strong corporate client etc.
∎ To visit customers on daily basis.
∎ To collect regular marketing feedback for remaining updated about client and provide it to concerned personnel in-charge
∎ To acquire good knowledge regarding competitors, and their products and promotional activities.
∎ To ensure fair communication from customers to management and management to customers.
∎ To ensure after sales service as per company policy.
∎ To resolve all sales related issue by coordinating with other departments on time
∎ To ensure safe delivery of every product to every customer's door.
∎ To ensure proper invoice, and collect sold amount as well as deposit on time.
∎ To ensure good teamwork for achieving the target.
∎ To ensure the execution of promotional initiatives and activates.
∎ Door to Door Marketing of Software & IT Enabled Services. Collect market information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction. Deliver product Knowledge to relevant customer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Marketing, Development, Market Research, Corporate Marketing, rate justify.
∎ Solid experience in freight forwarding.
∎ Self motivated & energetic & pro-activeness.
∎ Having solid experience for import, export & project sales development.
∎ Must be target oriented and able to achieve the target of sale
∎ Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.
∎ Be an excellent communicator.
∎ Be able to respond well to pressure think creatively.
∎ Must be target oriented, dynamic and confident
∎ Should have representative attitude and prompt in communication
∎ Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
