Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead times & communications with C&F agents for export & Import functions.
∎ Prepare Invoice, Packing List, Issue Export Form and other documents.
∎ Cooperating with C&F for final shipment, shipping order, Cargo etc.
∎ Prepare shipment status, bank documents status, payment documents.
∎ Post shipment documents update in buyer vendor invoice system.
∎ As per LC terms & conditions send GSP Form to buyer.
∎ Any other task assigned by senior management.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Maintain continuous communication with all concerned department/team regard it Products-L/C/order status, shipment status, vessel position & customs work process & planning delivery date to factory side.
∎ Keep communication with Bank, Shipping Company, Freight Forwarder, C&F Agents, Transport Companies, Port & Customs Officials including all governments authority
∎ Work with the associates unit of the Organization and upholding the stock list of the commodities & trade goods.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Commercial Supply, Door to door, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Door to door
∎ Must have experience to issue U.D, GSP, export documents, knowledge of customs rules & regulations, L/C issuance & order placements.
