Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ BBA/ MBA/ Graduate/ Masters/ Hotel Management degree is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Planning/ Development, Corporate Marketing, Market Research, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel, Motel, Resort
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make a plan to develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales target.
∎ Make a plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target.
∎ Asst.Manager / Manager Sales & Marketing is responsible for day to day operation of sales and marketing and executes marketing and sales activities, producing results that meet or exceed the hotel's business plan.
∎ Monitoring market activities.
∎ Follow up all the sales and promotional activities.
∎ Keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs.
∎ Preparing reports regarding sales and others in the end of every working day.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 to 5 years practical working experience in the same or similar position in a First Class Hotel.
∎ Excellent communication skill and fluency in English is mandatory.
∎ Should have excellent computer knowledge of MS word, excel, power point, e-mail etc.
∎ At least 2 to 5 years practical working experience in the same or similar position in an International Brand Hotel.
∎ Ability to develop inter-personal relationship within and outside the organization.
∎ Effective leadership skill.
∎ Self motivated, pro active and guest focused team player.
