Job Context:
∎ We are looking for some young, dynamic and energetic marketing and sales, Sr. Executive and Executive marketing who has experience in the Bangladesh interior/Real Estate and Secondary Market. This candidate should have at least 1-3 years of proven experience in marketing, obtaining leads for achieve the personal sales to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Mirpur-10)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve individual Sales, customer acquisition & retention.
∎ Ensure regular client follow-up, visit and correspondences to achieve set of personal targets.
∎ Knowledgeable on business development and present market scenario.
∎ Able to communicate with the wide network of different professionals/business men and look for prospective customers.
∎ Work under pressure in a team with responsibility.
∎ Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Prepare report as required by team leader and management.
∎ Strong negotiation skill.
∎ Must collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas Interior, Direct Marketing.
∎ Computer knowledge is an additional skill.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
