∎ Sample collection as per following production plan to analyze to fix up SMV and daily target.
∎ Finalizing layout SMV and manpower status update in oracle system.
∎ Absenteeism and required manpower balance as per layout.
∎ Manpower evaluation for recruitment and promotion.
∎ Process analysis for method development to save manpower and work place usage.
