Job Responsibilities:
Drive wet process production target & technical issues.
Drive process improvement and product elevation as an integrated part of daily routine work.
To facilitate speed in wet process production and re-wash should be below 7%.
To ensure smooth & efficient production by giving technical decision & calculative follow-up.
To maintain accurate and reliable data for appropriate decision making.
To ensure cost minimization for auxiliaries & utilities.
Capable to utilization of man, machine and material to achieve daily production target.
Should have good knowledge about washing machine, different washing procedure and chemical handling.
Must be able to ensure quality as per buyer requirement.
Should have good communication and computer knowledge.
Good Leadership quality and able to work under pressure and do shift duty.
Follow up and monitor the production schedule and action plan to ensure shipment deadline are meet.
