∎ Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Human Resource Management
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidates must have In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Manpower Budgeting Knowledge.
∎ Look after HR operations, including grievance handling, absenteeism, and leave management of factory.
∎ Handle safety protocols, including machine safety, incident investigation, and PPE awareness.
∎ Ensuring cleanliness and order inside and outside the workplace.
∎ Reducing turnover & Absenteeism through employee motivation.
∎ Handling harassment cases with zero tolerance and providing grievance counseling and excellent counseling knowledge.
∎ Handle the various audit for supporting HR related documents.
∎ Handle the payroll software ( Jibika)
