Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow up Planning & operation according to booking order.
∎ Makes fabric dyeing finishing plan to ensure maximum utilization of dyeing finishing (Machines)
∎ To prepare report on production, monthly stock & Inventory report.
∎ To ensure uninterrupted fabric supply & monitor fabric production
∎ To Optimization of the Finishing process & processing wastage.
∎ To follow up Finishing Parameters & follow up batching as per programmed.
∎ To find out Dyeing & Finishing fault and solve this fault.
∎ To find out MC wise productivity & efficiency.
∎ To execute production plan on the basis of order, capacity & time schedule, work load as per monthly target.
∎ To Optimization of finishing process & to reduce process loss.
∎ To maintain coordination between Dyeing & Finishing unit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2-5 year experience as in Dyeing.
∎ Without knowledge on following sector no need to apply.
∎ Minimum 2-5 year experience in the following area(s): Dyeing & Finishing.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of finishing machine parameters.
∎ Should have the ability to maintain the production forecast.
∎ Should have good communication skill (Verbal).
∎ Should have good knowledge of various fabric faults as well as their remedies.
∎ To Sound knowledge of different dyeing & finishing process. such as ( Open & Tube finish)
∎ To sound knowledge about Dyeing Machine.
Salary: Negotiable
