Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Sr Executive / Executive Digital Marketing
∎ Oxford Development Ltd recently launched an online platform and is in search of a fulltime specialist to work on our website.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation and management of tracking Tags
∎ XML Sitemap creation and page indexing management
∎ Guide developers on keeping CSS compatible with SEO
∎ Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
∎ In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
∎ Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy spanning technical and non-technical opportunities that exponentially grow our search visibility.
∎ Provide regular reporting and insights to cross-functional partners and the leadership team around core SEO metrics, including ranking, traffic, CTR, conversion, and other key business metrics.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2/3 Years of experience in SEO and Marketing
∎ Experience working with popular keyword, audit & analysis tools.
∎ Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
∎ Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
∎ Strong command of tools commonly used to track and analyze SEO performance
∎ Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in a positive or negative situation
∎ Proven organizational and interpersonal skills
∎ Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask
∎ Ability to relate with a diverse group of people
∎ Able to work under pressure
