Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through convincing potential customers to purchase, networking and social media or any other possible potential ways.
∎ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
∎ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products / services.
∎ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
∎ Monitoring and ensuring scheduled cheque date and collection
∎ Negotiate /close deals and handle complaints or objections, delivery and any issues relate to after sales service.
∎ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
∎ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
∎ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
∎ Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
