Additional Requirements: - Basic Knowledge of Accord/ RSC/ Nirapon/ ILO Basic Knowledge of internal Certification (C- TPAT, SCAN, WRAP, Amfori BSCI, Sedex, SCS, BPI, SLCP, Better Work, lCS, HIGG) Leadership skill. Communication skill.
- Presentation skill. Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel, Visio; PowerPoint etc. Positive professional attitude & self-motivated.
- Inter-personal skill.
Responsibilities & Context: - Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure the compliance procedures or standards of brands.
- Conduct or direct the internal activities of compliance issues.
- Assess compliance, or operational risks and develop risk management strategies.
- Conduct Pre-requisite audits to ensure adherence to buyer's standards.
- Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigative.
- Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
- Serve as a confidential point of contact for employees to communicate with management, seek clarification on issues or dilemmas, or report compliance related irregularities.
- Maintain documentation of compliance activities and outcomes.
- Construct with senior teammates as necessary to address difficult legal compliance issues.
- Discuss emerging compliance issues with senior representative of team.
- Should Have proper knowledge on implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standard violations.
- Advise internal management or Team on the implementation of compliance programs.
- Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures.
- Assisting in internal or external auditors in compliance reviews.
- Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress.
- Monitor compliance systems to ensure their effectiveness.
- Oversee internal reporting systems such as corporate compliance and suggest team about these systems.
- Work as a team member on design or implement improvements in communication, monitoring or enforcement of compliance standard.
- Verify that all firm and regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented and communicated.
- Work in a team to development or implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures throughout an organization.
