∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA (CC)
∎ Training/Trade Course: Accounts and Audit,Costing,Taxation and Vat
∎ Skills Required: cash management, Effective Communication, Strategic Leadership

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that the accounting records are maintained as per Company's accounting policies, and are documented and amended from time to time.
∎ Ensure consistency in maintaining the accounting records.
∎ Assist for Developing and implementing sound accounting practices for proper internal controls.
∎ Assist in preparation of Taxation Returns, VAT and other relevant issues.
∎ Assist to credit department, general accounts, cashiering, income audit, costing sections and other area for smooth operation.
∎ Assist to prepare regular accounting and MIS reports to the management for company's financial position.
∎ Assist accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all money (as per HOD 'instruction).
∎ Coordinate the budgetary control process by ensuring timely receipt of departmental budgets, discussion with departmental heads regarding assumptions, preparation of corporate budget and submission to Management as per the time limit set by the management.
∎ Ensure that the system of internal accounting control is in place.
∎ Review and monitor Night Audit and Income Audit functions.
∎ Account for petty cash reimbursements and ensure appropriate receipts and approval of Financial Controller.
∎ Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services
∎ Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
∎ Coordinate and prepare Profit & Loss forecast of financial performance (outlook) on a monthly basis, for the following month.
∎ Complete all taxation and statistical requirements.
∎ Actively promote a work environment which cares for guests and associates alike.
∎ Any task assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Hotel Industry.
∎ Have ability to work for extended hours (If necessary).
∎ Conversant with both the International and Bangladesh Standards on accounting.

Salary: Negotiable
