Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with existing customers ensuring monthly or yearly recurring online payment
∎ Generate up-sale and new sale from existing customers
∎ Show new feature demo to existing customers
∎ Collect feedback on product from existing customers
∎ Work with online leads for new customer conversation if needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good oral & written skill in English
∎ Work experience in online Software sales
∎ Willingness to work from home to cover Americas customers
∎ Female candidates are encouraged to apply
∎ Ability for presentation and product demo
∎ Experience in outbound calls
∎ IT education will be considered as added qualification but is not must
