Job Responsibilities:
Supervision to entire Cutting Department for ensuring quality assurance.
Responsible for Quality assurance and 100% panel Checking.
Random checking of fabric in Cutting Department.
Ensure Quality for sewing, cutting and finishing section for fabric issue.
Find out the root causes of defects & problems, ensure corrective & preventive actions.
Responsibilities for any kind of claims/ complains from buyers regarding fabric/Measurement/ Pattern quality.
Checking fusing machines along with ensuring bondage test and machine calibration as per SOP and buyer requirement.
Responsible to check the marker, fabrics layers height.
Cut panel needs to be inspected for top; middle & bottom with the pattern.
Ensure safety measures for our workforce.
Maintain good industrial relation and take proper initiative towards worker retention and to reduce unauthorized absenteeism.
Follow up Sharp Tools maintaining procedure and assist production team to prevent non-compliances.
Perform other duties instructed by authority.
