Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recover money from market and customers.
∎ Physically visit parties if required for money recovery (bad debt. Collector).
∎ Communicate with lawyer for criminal case and take updates.
∎ File case against parties, if required and if order by management.
∎ Communicate with police stations and arrange all necessary things to catch all the criminal customers.
∎ Since the volume of works is low in this department the person will be engaged in others sorts of works if required, and in other departments if required. Only with prior approval from Managing director.
∎ Assist supervisor to prepare monthly analysis report timely.
∎ Contact with sales manager and others sales person to recovery due credit on time as per policy.
∎ Monitor monthly credit collection and contact with distributers for collecting credit & attainment of monthly collection target.
∎ Any other work appointed by management.
∎ Collection report to management regular basis.
∎ Recovery report to Management.
∎ Ensure all the payments and collected to good times.
