∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Responsible to collect the documents from bank/forwarding office / carrier office.
∎ Responsible to submit the shipping documents from bank/forwarding office / carrier office.
∎ Corresponding with C&F for shipping.
∎ Arranging BEPZA & custom clearance/permission for shipping the goods.
∎ Responsible to arrange the vehicle for ex-factory of finished goods.
∎ Preparing bank /buyer/supplier document for shipping.
∎ Submitting B/L, preparing, checking, sending & updating SAL status Maintaining export details chart.
∎ Preparation of export entry, passes, invoices Verification of BOI Preparation of SAL (Shipping Authorization letters) coordinate with regular buyer's commercial divisions.
∎ Arranging purchasing P/Os Maintaining import shipment records. Corresponding with local forwarding agent for clearance.
∎ Responsible to achieve the shipment & goods in-housed target. Maintain the quality policy & objective.
∎ Preparing and processing import & export documentation according to BEPZA, Custom regulation, law or procedures.
∎ Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time, as deemed necessary.
∎ To carry out any other jobs as assigned by the Management from time to time.Responsible for all Custom clearance of imported materials, In-bond, Ex-bond and Inter bond operation with BB/cash LC process independently.
∎ Maintain critical liaison with supplier, Port Authority, Shipping agent, Bank and Insurance Company.Maintain in / out flow of payment (L/Cs, TT etc.).
∎ Maintain Time & Action plan, proper record of all LC, payment etc.
∎ Maintain liaison with BEPZA.Responsible for prepare & submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the management for necessary action.

Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Execute, monitor and manage L/C related work which include - corresponding with vendors, opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring shipment, document requirement formalities and custom clearing.
∎ Responsible for all Custom clearance of imported materials, In-bond, Ex-bond and Inter bond operation with BB/cash LC process independently.
∎ Responsible for customs bond license audit, renewal and bond limit (one time / yearly) as per company requirement.
∎ Responsible for ensuring all logistic activities of Import in time.
∎ Prepare audit documents for customs Audit & Follow up and provide LC to supplier within stipulated time frame.
∎ Familiar with custom rules, import policies, & SROs and import related web portals.
∎ Well known about labor law ILO and EPZ law.
∎ Expert in Bangla typing and format preparation.
∎ Preparing bank /buyer/supplier document for shipping.
∎ Monitoring overall activities of the Export-Import section.
