Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Focuses on creating new opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding the company’s long-term growth potential.
- Research and identify new markets, industries, and client segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, event managers, or corporate clients.
- Focus on sustainable business growth rather than just one-time sales.
Sales:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Conduct product presentations and sales meetings with clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Ensure designs, printing, and delivery meet customer expectations.
Marketing:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the design and digital team to develop promotional content.
- Manage social media platforms and online presence as needed.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
