Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ (Major in Marketing) from any government university (preferred BBA in Dhaka University) or recognized Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
∎ Creative idea generating and presenting to the management Understanding new and emerging media channels as well as a robust understanding of Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google ad operation, E-commerce, instagram, twitter, YouTube, offline marketing plan execution.
∎ Development of strategically strong event brands.
∎ Monitor, measure & manage brand equity / strength
∎ Monitor progress against brand plan
∎ Brand Messaging elevator, speech, tagline, campaign, themes, proof , point etc.
∎ Help determine identifies for new brands for /sub- brands .
∎ Anticipate & accommodated new identity needs.
∎ Planning and executing all the events of the company.
∎ Identifying clients' needs and serve them accordingly to their needs.
∎ Develop mid-term plan and financial analyses
∎ Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement.
∎ Accountability for Brand's performance & working closely with sales team.
∎ Managing advertising and promotional budgets.
∎ All other job responsibilities will be given at the time of joining.

∎ Age 24 to 35 years
