- The candidate should have at least 2 years of proven experience in marketing properties, obtaining leads and acquisition for sales team to pursue, and constantly finding ways to innovate and integrate new ideas into the company.
- Highly knowledgeable in the Land/Real Estate business and the current market scenario.
- Experience in forecasting sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning and execution.
- Ability to take on challenges to achieve the sales target.
- Should have a positive mindset to achieve targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis with a strategic marketing plan.
- Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
- Strong skills in corporate sales planning and implementation.
- Any other task assigned by management.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and its current trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
