Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and adjust trade scheme data daily in ERP, and communicate with field forces.
∎ Design, calculate, and maintain sales force and distributor incentives, while also designing special trade programs (Slab, Memo, QPS).
∎ Prepare monthly trade scheme budget proposals, national targets, and evaluate pre and post-trade promotions.
∎ Implement system updates within the S&OP process, and conduct impact analysis using estimated ROI and IMS figures.
