Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise day-to-day activities of the sales team for assigned areas and ensure alignment with the business objectives
∎ Communicate and develop strong network with Dealers and retailers of cement for maintaining the long-term business relationship
∎ Collect market data about business scenarios like competitors' sales volume, campaigns, market share, etc. and assist the section head regarding the market policy.
∎ Determine market requirements for existing and future products by conducting market research on a regular basis.
∎ Achieve pre-determined sales targets to contribute in business revenue.
∎ Identify new clients by introducing business and its facilities proactively in order to maximize revenue for the organization.
∎ Conduct regular visits to outlets in the assigned area to ensure service levels are provided in accordance with the organization's standards
∎ Prepare day to day sales report and collection report and submit to immediate supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people everyday
∎ Candidates having practical experience in the cement industry will get preference
∎ Presentation skills & physical endurance
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point and Email communication
