Responsibilities & Context:
- Digital Marketing Planner and Media Buying (Performance Marketing Expert)
- Primary Focus: Paid media, ROI, and performance tracking.
- Media Buying & Campaign Management: Plan and run PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Optimize targeting, bidding, and creatives for maximum ROI.
- Performance Marketing & Analytics: Set KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS) and track campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and ad formats.
- Prepare dashboards and monthly performance reports.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with MARCOM for annual digital calendar.
- Recommend budget allocation per platform based on data.
- Team Leadership: Brief designers (graphic & 3D) on campaign needs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns.
