Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling services and products to existing clients.
∎ Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on services and projects.
∎ Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business expansion.
∎ Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends for management review.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure that client needs are met and to develop customized solutions.
∎ Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure long-term partnerships with clients.
