  • Knowledge of the retail industry in Bangladesh is a plus.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Supervise and assess tasks related to product presentation, visual merchandising, store layout, staff performance, customer service, marketing techniques, and related duties.
  • Keep the manager informed about competitor activities, showroom updates, and insights for improvement.
  • Optimize product arrangement for increased sales, considering factors like season, popularity, and customer demographics. Create eye-catching displays using design, color, and space.
  • Develop and execute BTL marketing strategies to boost showroom sales, including discounts and loyalty programs. Provide reports on their impact.
  • To negotiate agreements with plaza Management or property owners to secure the desired space.
  • Re- contact for expiry plaza.
  • Closing shop according to list, run all activities.
  • Problem solve for maintenance running outlet.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with plaza hunting activities.
  • The budget allocated for plaza hunting activities.
  • The head of hunting collaborates with other team members to evaluate and prioritize potential plaza locations.
