Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare sales planning and monthly sales forecasts.
- Prepare yearly/quarterly/monthly sales plans.
- Develop sales forecasts based on market demand.
- Conduct competitor analysis and develop sales strategies. • Identify potential markets, customers, and distribution channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Participate in branding and promotional activities. • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain daily sales call reports and customer visit reports.
- Guide and monitor daily tasks of the sales team members.
- Participate in fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Maintain effective communication with the sales team and senior management.
- Work closely with customer service to resolve client issues quickly. • Provide instructions and task allocations to the marketing/sales team.
- Conduct training and development activities for team members.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets through guidance and motivation.
