Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline (BBA or MBA in Marketing will be given preference).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify key customers, determine their needs and proceed to develop business.
∎ Conduct demand generation activities, sales planning and strategies to achieve set targets.
∎ Provide pro-active support to peers and management in building strong customer relationships.
∎ Manage and monitor the entire cycle from the initiation of the sales call to closing of the deal
∎ Sales activities includes client hunting, customer relationship management
∎ Create and be accountable for follow-up of all client proposals, contracts and any other related documentation
∎ Make product presentation to the potential customers.
∎ Responsible for brand development and promotional activities.
∎ Team player and able to coordinate with other departments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the tourism sector (Specially Picnic spot & resorts Marketing)
∎ Strong networking ability with high negotiation skill.
∎ Good physique with ability to work in stressful indoor and outdoor working environment.
∎ Computer proficiency.
∎ Ability to prepare marketing report.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable with various type of incentive package.
