Responsibilities & Context:
Sound knowledge on the Land/ Real Estate business.
Plan and implement an effective sales drive that ensures the team’s monthly sales and revenue target.
Responsible for selling land/plots.
Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
Find Prospective Clients by door-to-door field visit.
Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement.
Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
Ready to work in any situation.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
