Proficient in English (spoken & written).
Excellent skills in Power BI, Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must be well-behaved, confident, and convincing in communication.
Responsibilities & Context:
Reduce SMV through method development and motion optimization (GSD).
Maintain the OPF system and conduct regular OPF audits.
Organize and facilitate training sessions to sustain the OPF system.
Develop and deploy Power BI dashboards to monitor Lean metrics (Downtime, WIP, Defects, System, GS & OEE).
Identify waste areas, set baselines, and guide teams using Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
Improve QCO performance through effective implementation of SMED and 3P techniques.
