Responsibilities & Context: - Capable of HR planning in coordination with other colleagues.
- Taking responsibility of factory HR & Compliance issues in coordination with Manger (HR & Compliance).
- Execution of company's administrative plans, policies and decisions in coordination with senior management.
- Ensure HR issues - planning, development, recruitment, training, maintenance and lead a team which also includes policies & procedures, disciplinary action etc.
- Performance management, rewards & recognition, promotion and increment, training & development.
- Handling all types of Social/Environmental/Fire & Safety/HIGG/BSCI/SEDEX and other certifications audits.
- Follow-up/handling factory compliance and sustainable issues. Ensure employees training & organization development in a cost-effective manner.
- Ensure discipline in the factory and execution of proper disciplinary actions as per company’s disciplinary procedures.
- Develop policy guidelines, interpret and ensure implementation in coordination with local laws and regulations.
- Take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/Government, Compliance visit and other audits.
- Prepare salary sheets and pay slips through payroll software.
- Responsible for the formulation of required committees and maintain regular meeting for the proper implementation of the processes.
