∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Production Management (Finishing), Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, Coordinates activities of worker engaged in finishing fabrics.
∎ Schedule fabrics finishing according to knitting parameter, color, type of fabrics, other specifications to maintain efficient operation.
∎ Select standard formulas that most customer specifications or uses of knowledge of finish ingredients application methods to develop new formulas.
∎ Examines fabric to verify that finish meets specification.
∎ Appreciate to develop a new development of finishing process.
∎ Have an idea of finishing machine specification.
∎ Interconnect with knitting &dyeing department to face any trouble shooting of process.
∎ To maintain proper heat set process for lycra fabrics.
∎ To maintain dia, GSM, Shrinkage, twisting of the finished fabrics.
∎ Trains worker in set up, repair and also operation of ranges, machines and also equipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Leadership Skill.
∎ Proactive to handle critical situations.
