Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc./MSc./Bachelor degree in any discipline required;
∎ Diploma in Digital Marketing & SEO will be added an advantage.

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities;
∎ Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success and reviewing and analyzing client sites for areas that can be improved and optimized;
∎ Develop, manage and execute communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with client goals;
∎ Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization and research and implement search engine optimization recommendations;
∎ Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings;
∎ Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and Other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords;
∎ Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers);
∎ Conduct various testing methods in design, layout and advertising techniques in order to gain the most organic and paid traffic;
∎ Plan and execute digital marketing including web, SEO marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns in online, offline and in all popular social medias;
∎ To increase customer footprints across all medias and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
∎ Utilize Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
∎ Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that meet company goals;
∎ To maintain company's digital channel and composing and posting online content for the company social page and website (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, website & Others) and maintaining company social media presence across all digital channels and generating graphical Content for social medias;
∎ Should have ability to write article On blog and social media & prepare graphics design materials for social digital marketing/social media platforms etc.;
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement & brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing;
∎ To create campaigns that deeply integrate with company services and coordinate website content, design, social media activities;
∎ Launching optimized online advertisement to increase company and brand awareness 111 a manner that is suitable or proper in the circumstances;
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
∎ Understanding designs from technical perspectives through pattern and specifications;
∎ Strong understanding of current online marketing strategy and best practice;
∎ Perform any Other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have in-depth knowledge of keyword research, SEO copy writing and the behaviors of search engines & Digital Marketing;
∎ Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript development & website administration;
∎ Experience in working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc.);
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM;
∎ Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills;
∎ Advance knowledge in MS application program;
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English and Bangla;
∎ At least 3+ years proven track experience in Digital Marketing, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Search Engine Optimization (SEO) position in Health Care sector (Hospital & Diagnostics);
∎ Prior experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO and website optimization tools and managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, YouTube and all popular social medias.
