Experience:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Respond to patient inquiries about treatments, services, packages, and appointments.
Schedule, confirm, and manage consultation appointments.
Follow up with prospective and existing patients to improve appointment conversion.
Respond to inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other digital channels.
Maintain accurate patient records in the CRM/HIS system.
Coordinate with doctors, patient coordinators, and front desk for seamless service.
Resolve patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Achieve assigned appointment booking and customer service targets.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
