• Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity internally and externally.

• Ability to work under pressure

• Should have sound computer proficiency, excellent interpersonal skill and good command over written & spoken English

• Experience Requirements: 8 to 10 year(s) (03 years Reputed Company)

We are looking for experienced & passionate Asst. Manager/ Manager for a reputed Real Estate company who has experience in Real Estate/Development/Land sector.

Job Responsibilities

• The monthly sales target achieved planning and developing sales strategies.

• Responsible to achieve sales target.

• Meet the objectives and targets of the sales and Marketing Department..

• Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiative and result oriented.

• Develop potential clients and maintain an excellent relationship with the existing clients.

• Follow-up with clients according to customer database and update the progress Daily Basic.

• Maintain after sales formalities.

• Prepared reports of daily, weekly and monthly on a regular basis.

• Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
