Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Assistant Manager/ Sr. Executive - Supply Chain Management for procuring Dyes and chemical items and to perform all related tasks.
∎ The job holder communicates with user departments, suppliers, commercial, accounts to ensure availability of required materials without any delay. S/he remains up to date with market price, analyses market data, prepares comparative statement in order to ensure budgetary control . Good purchase planning ability makes this job successful.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ In coordination with Lab Manager/printing, Dyeing and other related departments, S/he initiates monthly demand forecasting calculation and prepares monthly dyes & chemical purchase plan
∎ Maintains professional relationship with suppliers, Collects materials samples from supplier and conducts effective market survey for cost effective procurement
∎ Audit major supplier and makes suppler evaluation reports , prepares supplier database
∎ Collects price quotations ,prepares and analyses comparative statement for budgetary control
∎ Prepares monthly / quarterly / yearly inventory plan and ensures proper warehouse management system
∎ Communicates with commercial regarding LC related issues and also settles down cash payment issues in coordination with accounts and suppliers
∎ Presents entire procurement plan to the management body and acquires required purchase approval , ensures in-house of goods without any delay
