Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to make sure about all the above matters must have to be done A-Z in Sales and Marketing division.
∎ Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan.
∎ Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement.
∎ Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to Supervisor on regular basis.
∎ Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database and keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs.
∎ Ensure progress in the sales process and create strategic proposals to meet potential clients.
∎ Potential clients maintain & keep a good relationship with the existing clients.
∎ Responsible for achieving the assigned sales target.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Engage in proactive thoughts and generate new ideas for clients.
∎ Understanding clients' requirements and strategizing on how to meet clients' needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing, specially Real Estate Business.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Computer literacy is a must
