Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining product displays in a super shop (supermarket or retail store). The role involves assisting customers, handling transactions, and promoting products to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• • Greet and assist customers in finding products.
  • Provide product information, offers, and recommendations.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues if needed.

Sales & Promotion:

• • Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Promote discounts, loyalty programs, and new arrivals.

Stock & Merchandising:

• • Ensure shelves are well-stocked and neatly arranged.
  • Monitor expiry dates and report damaged goods.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

Cash Handling & Billing:

• • Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cash/credit transactions.
  • Process refunds/exchanges as per store policy.

Store Maintenance:

• • Keep the sales area clean and organized.
  • Follow hygiene and safety standards.

Team Collaboration:

• • Work with supervisors and team members to meet store goals.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
