Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate with Preferably degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
∎ MBA a plus

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
∎ Accelerating import volumes through local sales.
∎ Business Development / Daily Sales Call /visit reporting to Sales Manager.
∎ Manage Key Accounts follow up and development as assigned
∎ Organize customer satisfaction survey to evaluate customers' assessment on our customer- focused service
∎ Time to time gather information of the overall local market rates & new requirements and potential volume movements.
∎ Fine-tuning the internal process of conduct, by time to time reviewing the day to day Task & requirements of Customers, cross functional departments' requirements.
∎ Settling claim as and when any issue came up from client, follow-up with customer & local authority as and when required.
∎ Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-5 years solid experience in freight forwarding &/or logistics
∎ Excellent command in written and spoken English
∎ Extrovert in attitude
∎ Willingness to take challenges
∎ Ability to take stress in handling critical Situations
∎ Ready to travel/move as required

Salary: Negotiable
