Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA/ B. Pharm/M. Pharm or Graduation in any discipline, preferably in Marketing, from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit community doctors and key opinion leaders at different institutions and chambers to inform them about the facilities of Labaid Cancer Hospital and Super Speciality Center.
∎ Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals.
∎ Presenting Hospital services to potential and existing customers and persuading them to take hospital services.
∎ Identifying customers' needs and recommending Hospital services that best fulfill those needs.
∎ Maintaining good working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
∎ Arranging conferences and group events for medical professionals.
∎ Regularly attending industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in reputed Hospitals / Diagnostic Centers/ pharmaceutical companies.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of MS Excel and MS Word.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
∎ Ability to remain objective and professional in challenging situations.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment independently and in a group.
