Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing the company's marketing budget for a particular Market-place
∎ Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
∎ Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
∎ Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity for a particular Market-place
∎ Working closely with marketing agency and assisting with new product launches
∎ Compare and negotiate rates, Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media agency
∎ Working closely with Head of Marketing to formulate and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
∎ Coordinate and enhance the E-commerce Business through online campaigns and communication
∎ Collaborate with Area Head and other vendor partners
∎ Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent operational planning, operational skills, familiar with a variety of digital media and digital user experience
∎ Good professionalism, a strong sense of purpose and responsibility, strong resistance to pressure
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Ability to work under stress & keen to learn
∎ Leadership with positive mind and thinking
∎ Ability to handle external client
