Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve company's goals by direct sales for ensuring proper collection and target recovery is achieved
∎ Respond to the queries of clients over phone from anywhere
∎ Create a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities
∎ Meeting prospective clients, and promote about projects
∎ Arranging client meeting, demonstrating and maturing sale
∎ Handling clients efficiently
∎ Receive and attain customer complaints and ensure seamless service delivery
∎ Analyze statistics of sales growth in comparison to prior months
∎ Look for new customer hunting to generate sales
∎ Making plan for individual and as a team member to achieve the given sales target.
∎ Following up sales and promotional activities.
∎ Ensuring strong presence, visibility & confidence in presenting company products.
∎ Preparing reports regarding sales and others in the end of every working day.
∎ Keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs.
∎ Providing market intelligence to support business for strategic planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have apartment sales experience with a reputed Real estate company.
∎ Must have strong communication, management skill and possess smartness in dealing customers
∎ Must have strong problem-solving skills and provide support to other team members
∎ Must have knowledge regarding apartment and must be able to know competitors' activities.
