Educational Requirements:
∎ Textile Back ground is the must.
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial and Production Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ According to Plan Machine / Layout has to give 3 days before PSD (Production Start Date)
∎ Arrange in-house folder and attachment well in advance based on production scheduling (Team work, Not
∎ always).
∎ Make line lay out and line balancing discussion with PM/APM production.
∎ Arrange pre-production meeting for new lay out
∎ Monitoring production sheets in hourly basis.
∎ Following up commando operator's efficiency and incentive regularly.
∎ Identify unskilled/semi skill operator and follow up their performance (Focus training has to do).
∎ Ensure proper line feeding (cutting follow up)
∎ Attend low efficiency issues and bottleneck area to resolve timely.
∎ Monitoring production regularly and conduct meeting with relevant (formatted)-Team work IE and
∎ Production.
∎ Operators’ recruitment monitoring based on skill matrix and set standards.
∎ Conduct method study and educate to follow best method to operators.
∎ Monitor and follow up work study officer's activity in regular basis.
∎ Ensure daily functional activities of the department by giving proper support and any other tasks as assigned
∎ by superior.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
∎ Foster a positive and responsive culture whilst ensuring the production schedule is met.
∎ Implement and sustain the effective works methods/ systems at the factory in order to improve productivity
∎ levels and facilitate production processes.
∎ Plan and analyze new project within the production department and other department (Team work).
∎ Maximize efficiency to improve work flow by using proper material (team test).
∎ Provide costing SMV to merchandiser, costing IE responsibility / Not all IE.
∎ Monitor relevant production parameters and taking actions to ensure a smooth flow production.
∎ Plan QCO layout & analyze performance accuracy of the same prior to releasing it to production flow.
∎ Participate at team meeting and share technical related issue raised by operator (Team work).
∎ To study factory production capacity and efficiency.
∎ To study the production process and assessment efficiency of the operator.
∎ To provide the opportunity to achieve maximum results with minimum effort.
∎ To Find out style SMV by time study.
∎ To Follow up the factory production & efficiency.
∎ To help and motivate operator to achieve daily production target.
∎ To analyze and Study the Style.
∎ To perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the authority.
∎ Conduct daily research activities on quality & productivity to implement achieved development in the
∎ Production Floor.
∎ Targeted research area are of the below :
∎ Workers & staffs mentality development.
∎ Worker motion development.
∎ Development of "Changeover-time".
∎ Device development for automation.
∎ Optimization of man, machine & time.
∎ And activities as needed as required to develop RMG manufacturing to meet market challenge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ IE department of Garments Manufacturing Industry
∎ Leadership Skill
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Time management & deadline oriented
∎ Must have excellent computer skills especially MS Excel & MS Word etc.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
