Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Draft and post job descriptions for all departments (inventory, sales, customer support, business development, etc.).
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters.
  • Attendance & Leave Management
  • Monitor daily attendance
  • Handle late entry, overtime, and attendance bonus policies.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Coordinate with the Accounts team for salary disbursement.
  • Maintain a payroll sheet with salary, increment, and deductions.
  • Ensure proper documentation of financial commitments (advance salary, loans).
  • Performance Management
  • Develop KPI sheets for each department (sales, inventory, logistics, customer support).
  • Track employee performance against set KPIs.
  • Prepare probation evaluation reports and manage confirmation/extension.
  • Organize performance appraisal and salary increment reviews.
  • Compliance & Policy Implementation
  • Draft and enforce HR policies (leave, work from home, attendance, dress code, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance (working hours, holiday adjustments, etc.).
  • Maintain discipline and handle grievance management.
  • Issue notices, memos, and warnings when necessary.
  • Training & Employee Development
  • Identify training needs for employees (customer communication, software, sales techniques).
  • Arrange internal/external training sessions.
  • Maintain employee growth and learning records.
  • Office & Admin Operations
  • Oversee office facilities (stationery, supplies, equipment maintenance).
  • Manage utility bills, internet, office rent payments & documentation keeping.
  • Supervise office security, cleanliness, and environment.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Plan team-building activities and events
  • Handle farewell and joining announcements professionally.
  • Reporting & Coordination
  • Submit weekly and monthly HR & Admin reports to management.
