Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidates will be responsible to perform marketing, sales & promotional activities of Rice. He should have the ability to procure orders from different dealers/ buyers and have adequate knowledge about Rice marketing.
∎ To plan, develop & execute the strategy to meet company sales target for both individual & team performance.
∎ Preparing sales information, analysis and reports to meet deadlines.
∎ To follow up & management of sales team progress.
∎ Must have ability to monitor activities from sampling, development to delivery.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Must have the practical experience in the position of Regional Sales Manager for at least 02 years and the total experience should be not less than 5 years in the Marketing & Sales Department of Rice Industry.
